Very helpful, but confused about price Service person was very helpful, explained things to me, and gave me free paint pen for a scratch. I pay 24 dollars extra every month on car payment, for service plan which was told to me at purchase time, for free oil changes, or other repairs, I would get at least a free oil change. The brochure said 10,000 miles, cost is 167 dollars. I paid 200, and on my receipt it said no charge for the oil change. So the price I paid was way over what I was expecting, and I question whether all of these services were needed. I have a brand new car. I do not understand why I am paying 24 dollars extra every month, almost 300 extra per year, and still had to pay 200 for the 10,000 service, which said cost 167 in the brochure, which included an oil change, but I supposedly got a free oil change because I have the lowest level of service plan that I pay with my monthly payment. On the good side, service person gave me a free touch up paint pen for scratch. So I am frustrated by the amount I had to pay. Thanks for listening. More

"It Happens" 2 weeks ago i scheduled the 72,000 mile check up service fixed a leaky tire that has been leaking for 2 years i had to pay $120 for a valve stem and 2 weeks ago i scheduled the 72,000 mile check up service fixed a leaky tire that has been leaking for 2 years i had to pay $120 for a valve stem and that had to be programmed into the computer ( i have the wheel and tire warranty) a week later the VTM/VTS and Check engine dash lights come on , back to the service dept, we were told 4 $26 spark plugs fouled, but this is a 6 cly the service dept says we should have the 2 plugs changed out at $26 a plug plus a software update we asked what caused this malfunction and were told "IT HAPPENS" this not a explanation i was looking for , after talking to several people all of these repairs should have been covered under Curry's life time warranty, it maybe time to look else wear for our next vehicle maybe Mercedes or Volvo Sincerely a very disappointed Honda owner i called looking for the service manager and spent a hour on hold only to be told he wasn't there , would i like to leave a message i asked to speak with who ever was in charge that took another half hour on hold More
