As soon as the light came on telling me that I needed to schedule my first maintenance, I went to the email clicked on the link, spoke to a real person who scheduled my service at my convenience. As soon as I pulled into the service center, I was greeted buy a very pleasant technician who explained the process. We were in and out of the service center within 45 minutes all questions answered and the first maintenance visit is 100% paid for by Curry Honda. It would be pretty hard to beat that customer service. More

Good, But later was not so good! I had our 2017 CR-V serviced to accomplish service recall :18-114. As part of that service the engine oil and filter were replaced. The staff there treated us excellent and the car was ready to be picked up as they said it would be. Picking up the car went smoothly and the paperwork was done properly. After taking the car home about two days later I looked into the engine compartment and noticed quite a bit of wet oil residue in area around the oil fill cap and also down in area around the oil filter, wet oil residue splashed onto nearby air condition hoses near bottom of radiator. My conclusion was that the oil change was done in a sloppy fashion due to working too fast and not paying attention to detail. This can happen when a technician is forced to work under strict time constraints to get a job done. No other problems were observed. More
