Jon checked everything out even was able to get me a loaner so that my vehicle could be started first thing in the morning. He went above and beyond expectation. My starter is working after he explained how to properly work it. Curry Honda and Jon (Service Dept) are excellent!!!! My remote starter that comes with the vehicle is a different story..... The remote starter is difficult to work, not very user friendly. The front and tail lights do NOT stay lite after starting the remote starter so you don't know if the starter is still running. The remote starter only runs for 10 minutes at a time. Poor design. More

Dishonest and Inconsistent The only reason I keep going to Curry is because my oil changes are covered otherwise I'd never darken their doors. I keep getting fed different lines The only reason I keep going to Curry is because my oil changes are covered otherwise I'd never darken their doors. I keep getting fed different lines of BS about things that are wrong with my car every time I bring it in, but the reports are never the same two visits in a row. For example, I was told FOUR oil changes ago that my brake pads were low. My mechanic told me they were fine. Next oil change there was no mention of the brakes. I asked if they were checked and was td they were fine. Just before the next one I noticed some brake noise. I brought this up to them and, even with the opportunity to siphon some money out of me, I was told the brakes still had "a lot of meat to them." So how does that work? 6000 miles ago they were low, now they're meaty. Did they switch to a high carb diet or something? Yesterday I brought the car in and was told that my pads were below 2mm and now I need all new brakes. I was quoted over $400 to fix them. I again went to my own mechanic who assessed the brakes, confirmed they needed replacing and quoted me a price that was more than $100 less. The advice you get from Curry Honda is untrustworthy and their rates for repairs are insane. I hate to say it but... see ya in 3000 miles. I can't wait to see what they say next time about how my VERY reliable civic is falling apart... More
service good but not complete I brought my 2005 Civic in for an oil change & to have the left side back lights checked. It took about 1 1/2 hours and the brake light was replaced; I brought my 2005 Civic in for an oil change & to have the left side back lights checked. It took about 1 1/2 hours and the brake light was replaced; but the turn signal light was not checked and does not work. i will have to make another appointment to have the turn signal done and hope nothing else is wrong. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service I received. More
