My Honda CR-V was the second Honda that I had purchased at Curry and I had only had it serviced at Curry including buying new tires. To make a long story short, after TWO hours of waiting I went to the service area to see what the problem was and they had no idea. The service advisor had to check and told me they were finishing up. She, Aimee did attempt to make it right by not charging me for the oil Chang, which is $51 and not cheap. The service advisor who first wrote me up was patronizing and just tried to sell me additional items and never spoke to me or even made eye contact in the waiting room again.i find it hard to come up with a reason to go. Ack to this dealership for service or a future sale. This is the second time I have had a problem with the service adivisors as I had to contact the sales manager to get a quote on my tires. I don’t know if the problem is with the manager, advisors, training or. Both. It with three other Honda dealerships in the area, I really. Ant think of a reason to go back to this dealership. More
