Not happy with the cost for this visit. Everything I needed on the right time I needed to do my oil change but a hectic schedule was making it difficult. I finally made a convenient appointment and Rich and Pedro were very helpf I needed to do my oil change but a hectic schedule was making it difficult. I finally made a convenient appointment and Rich and Pedro were very helpful and professional. My visit lasted 2 exact hours, this was discussed in advanced and I planned accordingly. Aimee called me and explained the results of my oil change, tire rotation and the replacement of windshield wipers, she also was very professional explaining to me the future needs for my next appointment so I can plan ahead. I always love the complementary car wash coupon. I love my Honda CRV and I like to know there is always a good service to replay on when I need to take good care of my Honda. Great job! More

Poor communication and hard to get a hold of anyone When I dropped the car off, I noted two minor issues to look into. A few hours later, I received an update that everything was all set. They couldn't replicate the problem, but had done a reset (which seems to have worked to solve that issues, at least for now). However, they hadn't taken a look at the other issue, but said they would, after I reminded them. I then didn't hear an update for the rest of the day. I tried to call around 5:30pm to determine if I would be able to pick it up or not, but the phone just kept ringing. I left the car overnight (this was a Friday so it wasn't a huge deal to me). When I tried to call the next morning, I still was unable to reach anyone. I tried again on Sunday afternoon, and still the phone rang and rang. On Monday afternoon, I tried again, to no avail, and then called the sales department. They were very helpful and friendly, and able to locate my car and tell me that it "should be all set". I went to pick it up, but they weren't able to tell me whether or not the other issue was fixed. It was unacceptable that I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the service department for four days straight. More
