Horrible Experience We brought our 2014 Kia Forte that we purchased from Curry up for service because the check engine light was on. They determined that it needed a vapo We brought our 2014 Kia Forte that we purchased from Curry up for service because the check engine light was on. They determined that it needed a vapor cannister and that is was covered under our extended warranty. They ordered the part and scheduled installation several days later. My wife brought it in and was waiting over an hour when she was told that the part that they received was broken. They reordered the part and the appoint was scheduled to install it the following week. My wife had to wait over an hour again when she was told that they had received the wrong part. after the third attempt they finally installed the correct part, but they still charged us the full $100 copay under our extended warranty, without any compensation for the inconvenience involved. It seems to me that they could have checked to insure that the part that they had on hand was correct and functional before having my wife bring the car up and wait. We will never buy another vehicle from Curry. More
