What the service department did, was take my car out WITH SOMEONE IN THE BACK SEAT to duplicate the conditions. They confirmed that there was an issue by doing this-then they set to work. They found the actual problem, fixed it promptly, and I was able to drive out of there by mid afternoon with the issue fixed. More

Also, it was great to be able to sit in the "quiet room" for the hour that I waited for the car to be serviced rather than attempting to read with in TV room. I will definitely continue to use Curry for my service, even though this dealership is not the closest one to my home. More

Experience! I had an appointment for 9:30, to do a oil change and tire rotation. The service person said the wait should take a hour and a half. It took 3 hours. She gave me an additional car wash coupon. It was a day before the 4th of July. She explained what else can be done and pointed out which services require attention. I plan on making another appointment for tires. More
