MR.V71, Hello, this is Jason from Curry Honda service department. I am aware you came in and spoke with our sales manager Will. He told me you came on Tuesday after hours and the service department was already closed. He also told me he personally set an appointment for you to meet with me at 1:00 pm in the service department. I waited until 6:00 pm yesterday and did not see you, hopefully, everything is ok on your end. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience to address your tire pressure issue. Will told me you showed him a picture you had taken of the splash shield under your car, He explained you had possibly driven over something in the road that caused the splash shield on the bottom of the vehicle to get pierced by an object and needed help. I am not sure why you felt that we didn’t want to talk to you, service was closed and he set an appointment for you to see the service director the next day as soon as you could be here.
