DEB1MIKEPE, Hello, my name is Jason, I am the service director for Curry Honda. I am sorry to read you failed inspection for oxidized headlights. Unfortunately, Curry Honda is under Camera supervision by the Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicles, as are all stations. Some out there will pass cars against the Registry’s rules and regulations, here at Curry we follow the guidelines strictly. We often have undercover state officials that come and walk through our parking lot to inspect what we inspected. We can’t pass them with any visual problems, the camera’s are always on. I understand headlights seem like a minor issue to fail someone for, but we can’t risk our license to do Mass inspections, we have had interactions with them in the past for not failing vehicles for this and being too lenient. I can, however, help you with the headlight problem, I have a person here at the dealer on-site that restores headlights without having to replace them at an expensive cost. If you would like to reach out to me, I would be glad to help you. Do you service a Honda here with us?
