accommodating Jon greeted me promptly and courteously. He was able to answer all my questions. Informed me of what work would be done and how long it would take. My car was available at the time he stated it would be. He offered to help accommodate me when I didn't know if I could get back to the shop before he left at 7 PM. He guaranteed that if I could not arrive to get my car until 7:30 pm he would leave all the paperwork with a salesperson who would be there until 8:00 and who would be able to explain my bill and accept payment.
