All inquiries and service was performed with the customer in mind and Both Ray and Renee were prompt in providing any updates on the status of the vehicle. For being a stressful experience the staff made it much easier to focus on other priorities and worked with my insurance to get everything squared away. I would recommend this service again. I let them know ahead of time I did not want to wait and I would use the courtesy van. When I got there the service advisor said he would come and get me.in the waiting area.. After approximately 45 min. I went to the cashier and asked about the van. I think he went to the bank she said I went back to the waiting room. To make a long story short I was there the entire time. 2 1/2 hours..I was very upset. Why did they not contact th driver Who knows.??? More
