One issue (not with Kevin) is that when I initially made my service appointment for recall I also let person know that I need my lane assistance feature shut off and they agreed it can be done (this lane assit shut off service request was also acknowledged when I arrived at your service center )-- however the lane assist is still on. So now I have to take time out of my already busy schedule to come back to have issue rectified. I'm sure it was an honest mistake because you all have treated me very well and given me and my children Hondas excellent customer service. More
