Disappointed I am in the middle of an oil consumption test. I was promised call back, within a week, did not get.Had to follow up myself. When I did follow up I was told by Jason that Joe, the manager who saw me last, was "furloughed" and no longer there. So any follow up probably fell through the cracks. Went through this last year with your service department. No follow-through. The people who work in the service department are always pleasant, the work is always done satisfactorily, but follow-up when promised is as important as the work itself. It's called good Customer Service. It will take you from 2 or 3 stars to 5. Jason said he will follow up on what Joe had done and call me early in the week. I hope he will. More
