It just so happened that the day after the repair at the dealer I did the oil change and tire rotation at home myself as I've been doing for years. Then I found 5 of the undercover clips were missing AND the brake line bleeder cap was also missing! I ended up staying in the Wait area for another 2 hours another morning when I went back the second time. :( More

Brandon was off helping another customer and I went up to his desk where another employee was working and I mentioned my name and vehicle and he did NO explaining of what was done to my vehicle and then said , you can head over to the cashier....
