Mixed feelings Pedro at Service Desk was attentive, thorough, and considerate. Unfortunately, the technician who served the vehicle was from those characteristics. It just so happened that the day after the repair at the dealer I did the oil change and tire rotation at home myself as I've been doing for years. Then I found 5 of the undercover clips were missing AND the brake line bleeder cap was also missing! I ended up staying in the Wait area for another 2 hours another morning when I went back the second time. :( More
