Suspect car was forgotten Checked my car in on a Wed night to be looked at on Thursday. Passenger side sliding door would not open, appeared jammed. Received a call Wed around Checked my car in on a Wed night to be looked at on Thursday. Passenger side sliding door would not open, appeared jammed. Received a call Wed around noon that parts needed to be ordered and work would be done on Thursday. No issues so far. Waited for a call saying car was ready on Thursday, and finally called myself at 1 PM. At first, they were unable to "find" my car and asked more than once if it was under a different name. After being on hold, someone came back on the line to say someone would have to call me back. At 3 PM, I called back myself and went through the entire "we can't find your car. Is it under a different name?" routine again. Suspect that my car was forgotten on the to-do list for the day. Finally, was told that they were able to locate the car and would be given a call back. At 4:30 received a call stating the car was ready. Service was closed when I arrived (was not told hours different due to Covid), however, cashier was still available and was assisted by someone (I believe) from sales who pulled the car up and performed the sanitization. No issues with either person when picking up. I did not look at the door before leaving as I did not want to inconvenience anyone further. Upon returning home, discovered two pieces of molding that were not put back on. Sent a message regarding my concern that the job was rushed as they likely forgot about my car, but did not receive any communication back. I don't plan to return. More
