I am sorry that you were unhappy with the estimate of your vehicle’s recently needed repair . Unfortunately, over the past two years there has been an steady increase in most of the fluids, oils and parts we use to repair and maintenance these vehicles. We constantly spend time calling local dealers, mom and pop shops, and quick lube chains, to compare pricing and stay competitive. You would be surprised if you called around, or stopped in to some of these places for pricing. We are a Honda dealer, We offer Honda parts to our customers, not aftermarket inferior parts, unless requested by the customer. I am sorry that the service advisor did not have a second estimate with aftermarket parts ready for you to decide on the repair, as it might have been much cheaper. But again we are a Honda dealer and 95% of the customers coming here expect Honda parts and nothing less. We understand that sometimes, customers need different options, so I am sorry if he did not give you one. I called you and left a detailed message, As I said in the message, I was hoping to see if I could be of assistance and help you with the pricing, and job needed.
