The service work that has been done on my car is great and I attribute that to why my vehicle always runs so well. I keep up on all oil changes and anything else that needs to be done. My only complaint and I attribute that to why my vehicle always runs so well. I keep up on all oil changes and anything else that needs to be done. My only complaint is why, when they say you’re service will be done at such and such a time, and I’m still waiting for it almost an hour later than stated, is what irritates me. My service advisor, Chris Brayden, was wonderful, constantly checking for me as to why it wasn’t ready when they said. He kept apologizing and kept after them. It’s the actual mechanics that don’t seem to be in any rush to get things done. Other than that, I’ve always been very pleased with the service work done on my 2011 CRV. More

I went in to the service department for what I thought was a burned out blinker. The service person was very helpful and found it wasn't a blinker issue. He was very good with me being frustrated.
