I brought my CRV in on June 16, 2022 for a torque converter replacement. The part was on backorder. My warranty expired on July 12, 2022. I got a letter saying the part finally came in on August 4, 2 converter replacement. The part was on backorder. My warranty expired on July 12, 2022. I got a letter saying the part finally came in on August 4, 2022. Brandon had said he would call when the part came in but I didn't hear from him until August 16, only because I had brought my car in to be fixed on the 15th and they wouldn't touch it. Brandon had to check with his boss, check his emails, check with Honda, didn't return phone calls, never had an answer as to when they would fix my car. Finally I called and asked to speak to his boss. The switchboard gave me to Pedro, who I found out later is not Brandon's boss. Evidently when I drove away on June 16 without my car being fixed, Brandon closed out the workorder. Then when the part came in in August, Honda sees it as if I hadn't brought the car in before the warranty expired. Now they will repair my car with "good will assistance" but I have to pay a $1,000 deductible, on a warranty covered repair. Not going to happen! More

First time there and Tony in the Service department was very helpful and understanding of my particular issue. Unfortunately we found out that the extended warranty would not cover your location, but will very helpful and understanding of my particular issue.
