The staff in the reception area were wonderful. I had to order parts to pass inspection. I gave them good updated phone numbers to call me when the parts came in because I work 10 mintues away. Ins I had to order parts to pass inspection. I gave them good updated phone numbers to call me when the parts came in because I work 10 mintues away. Instead they sent me a snail mail telling me my parts were in and that if my vehicle was not scheduled within 10 days they would send the parts back ( I already prepaid for the parts) when I picked up my car from them installing the parts. I didn't like how ever when I got into my car that my stuff in my glovebox was left on the seat. I know they needed to get to my registration but they could of put it back. I also found my covers to my mirrors on my visor were both broken. This was not the case before hand. I will NOT be sending it back to them for fix something that I can fix just as easily. I just wish they would of been upfront about the covers breaking. More
