James, Hello, I just wanted to reach out and address this review. I reviewed your visit on this past Monday the 27th when you were in for service. You came in for a recall on your Pilot you purchased here, and had not been back for service with it since this past August when you were in for an accessory installation. My service advisor was advising you that your alignment was out of specifications, we know this due to the Hunter Alignment checking system built in to our service drive, it checked your cars alignment upon arrival. Honda and most quality tire manufacturers recommend an alignment every 12,000 miles. We actually check the alignment before recommending, I wanted you to know that what Hector was offering you, was to save the life of your tires in the long run by correcting the alignment. You have not been here for any service at all, so it is unfair to use the phrase "con" when he was simply doing his job and letting you know about a maintenance concern with your fairly new vehicle. We are expected to let customers know about anything we see wrong with their vehicle while it is in our possession, that is our job. Please call me if you feel you would like to discuss this matter, I would be more than happy to go over any questions etc. in detail. Thanks, Jason Aller Service Director 413-593-6721 Ext. 6207
