Erik was very helpful and efficient. I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my care. He also ordered a part for me and has provided follow-up information. I will be returning when the part comes in for further service. The only problem I encountered was that I thought the part I needed was in stock and would be installed during my initial visit. Because the part wasn’t ordered, I have to return to the station. Erik was not to blame for this omission, however, because I spoke with another person when I made the appointment. More
