My husband and I went to Curry Honda on the 4th of July despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much sma despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much smaller than the Chicopee dealer and it only offered a few colors. Rich came out to us in the hot parking lot and asked if we needed any help. We did not intend on speaking with a salesperson at all since we had already tried the Accord in Northampton and knew we liked it. Since Rich came out, we ended up trying out the car that was in the color we wanted. While there, we also decided (or I decided) to try the Civic and were pleasantly surprised with the size and ride of that car as well. Rich's non-pressured presence was exactly what helped sell the car! He answered all our questions and was willing to accommodate all our requests not once using his answers to pressure us into buying. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. More
