we were in need of a new car so we got a recommendation from my daughters in laws to visit Curry Honda and especially Andy Bassett...We told Andy what were looking for and he brought out two cars that we w from my daughters in laws to visit Curry Honda and especially Andy Bassett...We told Andy what were looking for and he brought out two cars that we were very intrested in...We talk and said we would get back to him as it was the first place we had started to look. Andy was very nice he did not pressure us .....We indeed looked around the area and in CT and we ended up back at Curry as they clearly had the best deal around and low milage cars to boot... Andy put the ball in motion and walked us through the process of buying not one car but two. Andy was very professional and we could not have asked for a better saleman. Andy is a true asset to your Curry team....Andy was available to us if we had any questions about the car once we drove it off the lot even giving us his cell phone and we were told call 24/7 if we had a problem or just a question. We stopped in Curry this morning to browse around at a used Honda. I was driving a 2003 Suburban that i've loved. This was my first experience with Honda. I've owned a GM or Chrysler product for the last twenty years. I also tried the Hyundai (both Santa Fe and Tuscon), the Kia (both Sorrento and Sportage), the Toyota or Chrysler product for the last twenty years. I also tried the Hyundai (both Santa Fe and Tuscon), the Kia (both Sorrento and Sportage), the Toyota RAV4 for comfort, mileage, I stopped by after the dealership had just closed. Carlo was about to leave, but he took the time (while his family waited in their car) to help me. That courtesy was quite a first impression. He was always polite, kind, and answered every question to my satisfaction. I will refer any friend or family to Carlo at Curry Honda. Thank you. More
I was looking for a Van. As I arrived on the parking lot Reno greeted me immediately with a warm smile and a cherry "Can I help you?" Purchased a Subaru from this dealer in 2003, MY wife was very intersted in a new Honda CRV. Meet in lot by Reno when we decided to stop and look at the car. Reno gave us a test drive,was very friendly and very intersted in a new Honda CRV. Meet in lot by Reno when we decided to stop and look at the car. Reno gave us a test drive,was very friendly and helpful and did not pressure us in any way. We had some concerns about road noise and Reno explained it is often the road surface and was able to get us the car overnight to really test it out. It did prove to be the road surface (Reno was right). The next day we sat down to discuss options if we were to buy the CRV we wanted. Reno methodically explained our options lease, buy, etc. we had a price in mind before going to the dealership (consumer reports car buying service) We discussed financing and trade in for our 03 Subaru. We haggled some and came to an agreement. The process was overall low to no pressure the price was good but not great, the trade in was ok but not great. However my wife has had all her service at this dealer and is happy and wanted to continue doing business here. Overall the experience was good. Reno did a good job, and we are happy with our purchase and will consider them again in the future. More
Very poor delivery of new vehicle. Brought car in Feb 2011 and have to return the car 6-7 times for service. Service dept staff were very helpful, however, sales manager and others were extremely rude an 2011 and have to return the car 6-7 times for service. When care was delivered it was dirty and they had not throughtly check vehicle before delivery. Computer stoped working when I took the vehicle. Extremely frustrated with their lack of service and pleasantness to resolve the issues with vehicle. More
My husband brought the car home for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we were greeted immediately.. Our sales person was there to answer any questions we might have and when we did had all the returned to the dealership we were greeted immediately.. At no time was he pushy, his concern was for us to be comfortable with our decision. My husband told him how I did not like looking for cars and Reno made it quick and painless.. My husband and I left there both very happy with our lease. More
