Great experience I just purchased a 2016 Pilot with Erik Johnson as my sales rep. I went to Curry even though I have a Honda dealership right across the street from me I just purchased a 2016 Pilot with Erik Johnson as my sales rep. I went to Curry even though I have a Honda dealership right across the street from me which basically gave me the brush off after 11 years of loyalty on my end to them (somehow not interested in $50,000 of my hard earned money!?!). I work for a local company that prides itself on customer service and treating people the right way and found that just moments after walking into Curry. Erik took the time to explain every facet of the purchase, product and future service that I was interested in. I had a very minor issue right off the bat and they prioritized my importance as a new customer and took care of it immediately. Not only had they earned my business on the front end of the purchase but will also get my business on the back end with service. went in for an oil change and got the best service when I went in for an oil change, I thought that would be all I would need. It was very timely that I brought my car in when I did. My husband was relieved the issues were found and addressed and it only took an hour or so to do everything., I would recommend Curry Honda to anyone looking for a great dealer and customer service support.
