There were several cliches in my experience with Curry Honda, but I have to say, they were on top of it and took care of every detail to make sure I was happy and not inconvenienced. Jason Palmer went out Honda, but I have to say, they were on top of it and took care of every detail to make sure I was happy and not inconvenienced. I had visited 3 other dealerships before I went to Curry. I was frustred at the knowledge of the sales people. I chose Curry Honda in Chicopee because I have been bringing my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid for service all this time. I was always treated with respect and honesty and they did a GREAT job - always! So......time to buy a New car and I chose the 2013 Honda Civic Coupe LX. I was never made to feel as though my selection was any less impressive or important if I was buying a luxury vehicle. Reno greeted me in the parking lot as I drove up and made sure he took extremely good care of me. He assisted with getting me the best trade-in value for my car (believe me, they did a great job) since my vehicle had a few dents and bumps in it. He was always available for my questions and never sat on a task that needed to be done. The process was made smooth and easy. He is a very low key individual and knows what he is talking about. My new vehicle was obtained two days ahead of schedule! I ordered a white one and that is not so easy to find. I was called and the next day found myself driving my new car home! Also helping to close the deal on the final day was Will Fathi Ahmed. He assisted with explaining to me all the wonderful gadgetry in my car. This car came with many wonderful standard features that used to be considered extra options. While Reno handled getting my new car ready, Will and I did all the paperwork to wrap it up! Everything was explained thoroughly. Almost forgot! I started with Mali Miller - the Internet Sales Rep who assisted with getting me a terrific offer on the new car! Brought my 2004 S2000 Honda, 10,000 miles, in for repair of a rear end collision I suffered. This is a special vehicle, production ceased around 2008, which I have always treated with great care. The service and effort of Curry's body shop went above and beyond my expectations. They put in extra effort to secure original parts including locating the last available trunk frame assembly in the US. The shop manager had the car taken, two trips - before and after painting, to a molding specialty shop. Final result when I picked up the car two days ago was a car that looked newer than when I drooped it off and that car looked great before the accident happened. Shop management gave me a level of confidence from the time I drooped my S2000 off to updates during the repair. You should see the paint results - wow. This is a top noth body shop and I will always remain a Curry customer for my service needs..... More
