I was really nervous and scared about buying an used car. Even though I had bad credit, I want to make it better, but that dealer didn't care about me making my monthly payments on time, they didn't do their part by giving me a reliable car. When I got to Curry Honda, Mr. Troy Conlin made me feel good from the moment he introduced himself to me. Troy was SUPER GREAT, not once He made me feel bad and He explained how good they are with the Certified Vehicles. Troy helped me all the way and it was a miracle that I got approved, even though He never lost confident in me. Overall, GREAT DEALER, SUPER FRIENDLY, SIMPLY THE BEST. THANK YOU!!! I went to Curry Honda to find the exact car I wanted. I was greeted by Reno Cristillo and he was very straight forward about the sale without any pressure on me. Like, where he was going and why. Reno surly got me what I wanted for my trade in, where in my town where I live, no way could make that quota. Reno throughout the whole sale was not rushing or pushing anything to me. I never went to a dealership like this without ANY pressure! I felt comfortable dealing with Reno without the games that other dealerships like to do. I recommend stopping down to Curry Honda and ask for RENO CRISTILLO! More

He then gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions after I left. When I called him with questions he got back to me quickly and if it was a question he could not answer, he got me in touch with the staff member who could. We were initially looking for a used car, but decided to look into the BJ's program. Even though the program had something to offer, purchasing a new car was not something I thought we could afford. Rich suggested we look at leasing, since this would decrease the monthly payments. As it turned out the lease option fit our budget, and it seemed to be the best one offered by area Honda dealers, so we went with it and are enjoying driving a brand new vehicle. Rich and Chris (business manager) offered much knowledge about the Civic we leased, and the leasing program. We didn't feel pushed or coerced in any way making it a pleasant experience. More

We recently purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from Mike Ferzoco. I just cant say enough good things about him and Curry Honda. We shopped at a Honda dealership in Enfield and West Springfield and Curry by far gave us the best deal and no game playing just a straight forward purchase and that is what my wife and I were looking for. If you go to Curry ask for Mike. I will be sure to pop in the showroom and say hello when I stop in for my first oil change !!! More

I gave a poor rating because this dealership was dishonest. The salesperson and I finally agreed upon a price for the car. I had signed all the papers, my license plate had been switched to my new dishonest. The salesperson and I finally agreed upon a price for the car. I had signed all the papers, my license plate had been switched to my new car, and I was finalizing the sale with the finance person. When the finance person told me my monthly payment it didn't match what we had talked about at the sales table, it was roughly $40 higher per month. I couldn't figure what had happened so I crunched the numbers myself-it was a good thing I did. First off, they tried to include the sales tax, title, and registration into the financing, which I explicitly told them I didn't want. After these 3 items were removed, the monthly payment was still about $20 higher per month than what we agreed upon at the sales table. So I went through the numbers again. It turns out they were including my trade-in, in the cost we had agreed upon for the price of the car only. In other words, they had given me a price for my trade and they had given me a price for the car, but after everything was signed the tried to tell me the price we settled on was for the car and trade. It absolutely was not! I have little doubt this is a common tactic used by this dealership and maybe others as well. I was informed by the finance person the sales people were no longer willing to negotiate with me-it was basically a take it or leave it offer . . . and I left it. My advice: when buying or leasing, make sure the numbers add up. I know the car buying process is emotional, but take your time and be thorough. If something doesn't make sense, speak up! And always be willing to walk away. More
