I was very nervous when I entered the showroom. I never expected it to be so much fun and no stress. I was never pressured at any point, I was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed. Will is very kno expected it to be so much fun and no stress. I was never pressured at any point, I was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed. Will is very knowledgeable and has great personality. He makes people feel at ease through out the whole process . Christopher Brunner also made me feel very comfortable and explained all of the paper work to me. They were both very patient and understanding with this being the first time that I purchased a vehicle on my own. More
Ron was great to work with and I would come back to Curry to work with him again in a heartbeat. Friendly, professional, well spoken, and knows how to connect with a customer. Has a great deal of knowledge to work with him again in a heartbeat. Friendly, professional, well spoken, and knows how to connect with a customer. Has a great deal of knowledge about the Honda line of vehicles, and if he didn't automatically know the answer to one of my questions, he said so and found the answer for me. For me, this approach is preferable to the salesperson who bluffs their way through a conversation, or promises things that turn out to be thin air (which has happened to me previously, and why I came to Curry instead of that *other* Honda dealership). Doing sales well is an not easy task, but he makes it look easy. Kudos to Curry Honda and thank you to Ron. More
We needed to buy a new car in a hurry because of an accident that totaled our other car. I had some special needs that required more work for our salesman ,Jason Palmer. Jason went above and beyond h accident that totaled our other car. I had some special needs that required more work for our salesman ,Jason Palmer. Jason went above and beyond his job duties to help us out. The reason why I gave Curry Honda such a good review is because each and every staff member treated me,and my family, with courtesy and respect. Id buy another vehicle there the next time I need a car. More
Came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Rich was on board immediately; didn't try to sell us anything else, just worked to get us in what we wanted. I worked with Jason Palmer when purchasing my car. I should admit up front that I am not an easy customer. I often have high expectations, and if I feel I am paying more than I should, I tend to make requests for extra things to be included or added to the sale. Jason did everything he was supposed to: he was friendly, smiled a lot, was patient, funny, humble, easy to get along with, and didn't put on the "high pressure". One way to gauge a person is to observe how his or her colleagues interact with him. Everybody seemed to like him, and had an easy going sense of humor. I've been to dealers where the sales person tried to force me into the sale and I had to walk out. That said, I never tried to leave our negotiations. Let me emphasize that point: I didn't have to leave nor did I feel like I should threaten to leave. Jason made me feel like he was on my side by saying things like "let me see if I can have the manager approve that price for you" and "I'm trying to talk him in to it, I really am". Of course, the "us versus the manager" tactic is part of being a salesman. I know this and could see right through it, but he did it in a genuine and effortless manner; so much so, that I didn't mind the process. This is also a point I want to make: I didn't mind the car buying process (Gasp! No, make that a Double Gasp!). One of the other things I appreciated about Jason was his customer service. He became a "go-to" person for any question I had, even after the sale. I bought the car before Curry had a chance to clean and prep it. I had left without him filling the tank, and he made sure I was reimbursed for my first fill up. He arranged for the cleaning and prep work to be done by coming to where I was located and picking up the car and returning it later in the day when I needed it. Because of my busy schedule, he had to do this twice. Also, my car wasn't considered "Certified" and there were some things missing he didn't have to provide. However, he did provide them at no extra cost. These items weren't cheap and he could have easily insisted that he couldn't get them for me. He never seemed bothered by my calls, and he always had an upbeat tone to his voice. The final price of the car was only a little more than I wanted to pay. I was ok with this because I wanted to be "in" with Curry, the lifetime warranty, and the "customer for life" philosophy. Supposedly the cost of the Warranty isn't passed to the buyer; however, Curry's list prices are a little higher than their competitors in the area. Even so, I am comfortable knowing my car will have warranty coverage until it simply stops running. At that point, I suspect I'll arrange to be towed back to Curry to buy my next car. Hopefully Jason will still be there. I left "quality of work" as an N/A because I haven't had work done yet. I've been in the waiting area and it is very comfortable and provides some light snacks (popcorn) and coffee. I have little doubt they would provide you with a water or something else if you asked. He listened to what we were looking to do- Saturday afternoon but Josh Wagner (Sales) did a great job of making sure we got the attention we needed. He listened to what we were looking to do- trade in our Honda CR-V for a Honda Pilot for our growing family and found us the perfect used Pilot from the lot which had several available. He was not pushy at all and was super friendly and made every effort to make a connection with us as opposed to just being another customer. Our test drive was pleasant and the entire sales process was actually a nice experience. They do not play games there, which is very refreshing. They offered us a great deal up front in order to earn our business and avoid the stereotypical "car sales" interactions which was greatly appreciated by my husband and I. When we got to Finance, Janet was very friendly. She seemed genuinely happy to be working with us and explained the paperwork clearly. Overall, this was a great experience. We would definitely buy from Curry Honda again and will be returning here in the fall when my husband needs a new car. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and in fact, have already. More

I had the pleasant experience of visiting Curry Honda yesterday with the intention of "looking" at a CRV as oneof my possibilities for a new car. A few hours later I drove away in my new car, totally sati yesterday with the intention of "looking" at a CRV as oneof my possibilities for a new car. A few hours later I drove away in my new car, totally satisfied with my decision. My salesman Richard Ethier competently led me through the process of purchasing a new car, negotiating a reasonable price & left me feeling that he truly cares about the customer. I have had experiences in the past with salesmen where I felt that their only interest was bringing in other personnel to "close the deal". I did not feel the slightest pressure but only a real interest in getting me the most car for my money. I've dealt with Curry Honda in the past & am pleased that their dealership still employs personnel that have the customer's interests at heart. Thank you Richard for making what can be a frustrating experience , a most satisfying one. I will highly recommend you to my friends who may be interested in a car purchase. More
