I received the card for replacing the airbags. I have tried multiple times to activate the card but because the birthdate on Honda's record is inaccurate I am unable to use the card. The cashier tried to assist but unfortunately found the same frustrations I have encountered. The card expires on 1/18. I have given up as I am discouraged and beyond frustrated-- but I am very grateful for the time and effort of her attempts. Aside from the great service, at each service, there is a Honda tire problem. I have not owned a car that needed so many tire replacements. More
