Being first time buyers we were completely clueless on the entire process, but he patiently guided us through everything. From our short description on the phone he already had a car picked out for us. We even had our own car loan, but with the help of Chris Brunner we got an even better rate than what we came in with. We went in expecting one thing and came out with something even better than we hoped for. Now we have a technically advanced car, something we never even thought we would have. From the time Reno our sale person greeted us as soon as the dealer opened he was amazing from start to finish. We went there with mind set on Honda pilot with res in it for our daughter to enjoy while we head to Vermont on our vacation next week. Reno helped us out found the car we ha on our minds. We was wondering if we could get the car today and as quickly as possible since my husband left work after working 12 hour shift and he had to get his sleep to be back for work at 8pm. Reno understood our situation and helped us out and getting our car today. We were so impressed how Reno got everything squared away for us and my husband was able to get his sleep in a timely fashion. When my Honda pilot was ready Reno called me to let me know it was set for me to take it home. Once I got there Reno once again was wonderful he answered all my questions and as well as my husband during the day. He walked me around and introduced everyone at Honda.
