Richard was so incredibly helpful, honest, and attendant to all my needs while being there. He let me test drive multiple cars even though it was snowing. He searched the parking lot finding the specific ones I was looking for, cleaning off all the snow and warming them up before I test drove them. Overall the customer service was excellent and I really felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the whole process.
