I walked into Curry thinking there was nothing they could do . I bought a Hyundai Veloster 2012 and hated it having it only a year I wanted a Honda after driving my folks Honda they had nothing but high prai do . My husband and I went to Curry Honda on the 4th of July despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much sma despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much smaller than the Chicopee dealer and it only offered a few colors. Rich came out to us in the hot parking lot and asked if we needed any help. We did not intend on speaking with a salesperson at all since we had already tried the Accord in Northampton and knew we liked it. Since Rich came out, we ended up trying out the car that was in the color we wanted. While there, we also decided (or I decided) to try the Civic and were pleasantly surprised with the size and ride of that car as well. Rich's non-pressured presence was exactly what helped sell the car! He answered all our questions and was willing to accommodate all our requests not once using his answers to pressure us into buying. He was friendly, informative and very easy to deal with. After the test drive of a 2013 Civic, I was interested in what my trade in would be worth. The number he came back with was more than fair, and I was more interested in moving forward. The experience I had at Curry was so simple and comfortable that I didn't even want to test drive any other brands of cars. Picked up the new car two days later, and am still loving it.
