As soon as my friend and I arrived, Erik immediately welcomed us and led us inside. Most importantly, Erik helped me secure the best price for my 2015 Civic with immense graciousness, which made it very easy for me to buy that day. Erik did all the other things, too—offered us beverages, took us for a test drive, answered all my questions, guided me through the new contract, helped me arrive at a good financing package.
