Service turned purchase I went to Curry Honda to have my Honda Pilot serviced. After it was checked the report wasn't very favorable. Right there and then I decided to get I went to Curry Honda to have my Honda Pilot serviced. After it was checked the report wasn't very favorable. Right there and then I decided to get another vehicle. The Service rep (Tony Alicea) asked me if I wanted to speak with a sales rep. which I was, he then connected me with Andrew Bassett. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He helped me get into another vehicle the same day. I am greatful for their dedication to customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

VERY GOOD I had taken my car to have something repaired that had been recalled. Everyone worked together as a team. I never felt as though I was be asked to rep I had taken my car to have something repaired that had been recalled. Everyone worked together as a team. I never felt as though I was be asked to repair something that wasn't an issue. They provided me with a checklist of what they examined and said that everything was fine. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated and Aimee told me the cost upfront. When I arrived, Aimee was with another customer and someone came to my assistance immediately. When I went to pick up my car, again someone came and explained everything. The only issue that I have had, is that I tried to send this from my phone, and couldn't, and then after doing the survey, I didn't have a password, had to go back to my email to recover one, then had to do this survey over again. It is probably my fault. More
