I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I’m happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that when I was shown this vehicle there was a Subaru custom cargo liner mat when customer service. I’m happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that when I was shown this vehicle there was a Subaru custom cargo liner mat when I opened the hatchback, I remember thinking that will be good for our kayaking & fishing gear but when the car was delivered the mat was gone. I don’t know why they would take that out after we purchased the vehicle but it was a bit disappointing since these mats cost about $80. More
