WTAF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? !?! This past Friday, my husband & brought his Honda in for service & a recall. Chris asked if My number was a good contact, and we said "No." b !?! This past Friday, my husband & brought his Honda in for service & a recall. Chris asked if My number was a good contact, and we said "No." because it wasn't my car. We gave him my husband's number, watched him enter it in the system, supposedly. Even repeated it back to him twice. He then proceeded to call Me the Very Next Day to tell me my truck was ready!!! 🤦🏻 My husband called him, and he apologized, and said he would correct the error. The next day, I get an F'g text survey request!!! I replied STOP, and today, I get Another One!!! Get your xxxx together, Honda. You've just lost two customers!!! More
