Mmmm no not at all. It also was not at another shop. My mechanic peaked under hood and said he was not comfortable doing the job. Not to mention getting a hold of a service advisor was almost impossible....or you hear ill call you back and never hear until you have to call again... The only time you guys needed more time was when I called you...it wouldn't have been so long if you called sooner...

Oh and also my car was a complete mess...all my important paperwork for vehicle was all over passenger floor. Cuz tech said it came in that way....but it did not

What's crazy is that's not even all...I was told 150 an hour to diagnosis my car...and for every hour that price was raised I could not get a definite explanation on hour that pricing worked...
