We purchased a 2013 Malibu from Alfredo Diaz, sales associate (who has since been promoted, rightly so) and the entire experience was wonderful. Alfredo worked with us to get us a great deal on the car associate (who has since been promoted, rightly so) and the entire experience was wonderful. Alfredo worked with us to get us a great deal on the car and guided his replacement, John in the closing of the deal. It was definitely a pleasure dealing with these two gentlemen, and we hope to purchase or lease our next vehicle from them also. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

In that capacity, I taught, monitored, ensured exceptioal customer service. Thus, I am in a position to recognize great service when I receive it. The staff at Curry Chevrolet was absolutely on-point. They understood the requirement to satisfy a customer's needs, wants and expectations. And they did so -- not by reacting . . . but, significantly, by ANTICIPATING. I got (1) a great car; (2) a great deal: and (3) -- and most importantly -- a recognition as the reason to be in business, i.e. the customer. Kudos!!! Great Job!!! More
I have never dealt with a dealership as poorly run as yours. You sold me a "certified chevy" which was never inspected. I had roughly 10 yes 10 problems that if the vehicle was in fact inspected it would yours. You sold me a "certified chevy" which was never inspected. I had roughly 10 yes 10 problems that if the vehicle was in fact inspected it would have not been delivered to me with these problems. If anyone ever asks me my opinion of your dealership it will never be good. Then to top it off vehicle was brought back in, only after calling GM directly and you still did not address the problems. I di have another GM dealer fix the problems and wow what a difference in professional attitudes. Once again your dealership, other than Mr Mercado the salesman, is the worst More

On February 28, 2013 my daughter purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Our family has been purchasing Chevrolet vehicles since 2010. It all started with a phone call to John Bauckham who was at New Roc Chevrolet Cruze. Our family has been purchasing Chevrolet vehicles since 2010. It all started with a phone call to John Bauckham who was at New Rochelle Chevy at the time. This man's professionalism and salesmanship over the phone brought my husband and I into New Rochelle Chevy to meet with Mr. Bauckham and purchase a 2010 Chevy Impala that very evening. Since that time, my family has purchased 7 Chevy vehicles up to and including our newest 2013 Cruze. He has been honest with us and has researched the very best deals he could for our family. He is an exemplary employee to your Chevy family. He has now relocated to Curry Chevrolet and my family has followed him there. While my children were attending college Mr. Bauckham referred us to the College program. This was a tremendous help off-setting the cost of my son's 2010 Chevy Mailbu, inasmuch as the high cost of college might have made us re-think the purchase. Mr. Bauckham's demeanor is extraordinary. He always returns our calls. In the past when a car we wanted was not available at his dealership he worked diligently and located a vehicle that we wanted and was affordable for us. Mr. Bauckham's patience with my family is wonderful. During any one purchase there have been numerous visits to the dealer and countless phone calls and Mr. Bauckham always greeted us with a smile. It is definite that John Bauckham is a tremendous asset to Curry Chevrolet and the entire Chevrolet - GM family! More
Sale started on a good note, finance manager held the vehicle for 3 weeks while i made provisions to secure a "cash" deal. I finally made an appointment to pick up vehicle, the process took almost 3 hour vehicle for 3 weeks while i made provisions to secure a "cash" deal. I finally made an appointment to pick up vehicle, the process took almost 3 hours to complete as the registration was out of state and insurance card didn't match and detained the " in transit " permit needed....not Curry's fault here. Took owership of vehicle late in the afternoon and anxious to get out of White Plains as I had an hour ride back home. After getting home, we noticed a crease on the passenger side of the bed of my 2011 Dodge Dakota. It ran just below the bed rail vertically down to the bottom of lower panel, as we continued to look vehicle over, I see the rear tires are a mm short of being illeagal and severely cupped and it was quite evident they came off the front. This vehicle had 11k+ when I took ownership and could not believe the tires were front and went to back as the dealership I'm guessing put 2 new ones on the front. John the GM at Curry didn't agree with the dent and after a few emails back and forth, blew me off on replacing the rear tires. In addition, I lifted up the bench seat console and there was grease on the seat. So, 23 thousand for the truck....$370.00 for 2 matching rear tires, estimate on dent repair $430.00.Bank lean release did not match title, additional $97.00 in Fedex charges as motor vehicle sent them all back and the grease is not coming out of cloth seat. 48 hours after receiving this vehicle I left for Florida and presently still there. Sorry however not pleased with this buying event at all. More

After speaking with Alfredo for approximately an hour, I knew I didn't have to look any further. He listened to me and based upon my needs was able to recommend the perfect vehicle(2013 Chevy Traverse). What I appreciated even more is that he remained attentive after the sale as well. He called to see how I enjoyed the vehicle and if he could answer and questions. I will definitely be back to this dealership thanks to Alfredo. I wouldn't think twice of recommending any of my frieds or relatives to him. More
Okay so the other day I stopped by curry to find out info on a cruze..The second I stepped out of my car I was approached by Shane..which scared the daylights out of me because I didn't know him and he pract on a cruze..The second I stepped out of my car I was approached by Shane..which scared the daylights out of me because I didn't know him and he practically ran up to my car when I was getting out...I wanted info on a chevy cruze and he knew nothing about the trim levels..took about 30 min to get me keys to look at the car... When it came time to price he told me he will get me an invoice deal it was all fine except he didn't find the car I wanted!!! He gave me numbers on one without leather and I stated twice thats what I care about...then as I was attempting to communicate with him he stood up and greeted a new customer!!! THIS GUY IS AWFUL!!! The girl at the front desk tried help me but at this point i was just too upset with his service to consider buying from these guys.... More
