I have been working with Christopher Bach as a service advisor for the past year and a half and have been more than happy with him. I knew him before he was in the office because he was a mechanic in the advisor for the past year and a half and have been more than happy with him. I go in and he already knows what I'm going to need done. He came out and greeted me, already had the shuttle pulled up to the door so I could make my train and knew I would be picking up the car after hours. He arranged to have the car locked out for me before I left in the morning. I've never been more comfortable with any service advisor before. Because of that I look forward to many more years of great service from this young man. It is also a pleasure to see that one of my previous advisors, Larry Surman is now the service manager.
