After waiting >2 hours, the headlight issue was neither addressed nor diagnosed, but Fazika did manage to find >$5,000 in suggested repairs. I explained that I had been there less than a month ago and a multi-point inspection found nothing wrong. Disappointed that they didn't address the main issue, I asked for my car back. Fazika insisted that I pay a $150 diagnostic fee. Fortunately, the new manager was extremely customer-oriented and was able to resolve the situation. More

Great service! Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the s Today the check engine oil light kept coming on. As i was in the neighborhood, I just stopped by without an appointment. I arrived at lunchtime, the service managers were either out for lunch or with a customer. The senior manager, in charge of the service managers immediately stepped out of his office and helped me. He did not hesitate to get his hands dirty and check the oil level, and an oil change was promptly arranged. Now that is what I call customer service ! More
