Started out well but now they won't leave me alone I leased a 2016 MDX from Curry back in August of 2016 as I'd had a good experience buying an Acura from them back in the 90's. All went well but the I leased a 2016 MDX from Curry back in August of 2016 as I'd had a good experience buying an Acura from them back in the 90's. All went well but the salesperson with whom I dealt, Carly, left the firm sometime during my lease term. I was assigned to a new salesperson, Rey, who has incessantly pestered me ever since. I have asked him repeatedly to stop contacting me, though in January of this year he started on his "your lease is almost up, come in now for great early termination deals!" spiel. I have already told him via email that I would not be considering another MDX and that I would simply like to know how to return it when the term is up. Finally, last week (it's now May) he replied that he's sorry I won't be leasing another MDX though perhaps I'd consider an RDX (no thank you) and that Acura would contact me directly to arrange an evaluation of the car about a month before it's due back (August). This message literally came from him last week and today I received both a call and a text message from Rey asking when I can come in. Curry, we're done. Lose my number. I will return my car to Paragon Acura in Queens and, if I DO ultimately decide to change course and re-up with Acura, it will be with them, or Acura of Westchester, or Acura of Brooklyn; the list goes on and on. The one dealer I will *not* be talking to? Curry. Rey? Well done, you've lost a customer. And, if this review has any effect, you'll lose a few more. More
