I was looking for a new car as the lease on my current car was about to expire. I was very impressed by the car and Joe's ability to make the process of getting a new car very enjoyable. Joe also went out of his way to track down the color combo that I wanted and constantly kept me updated. The entire process was great and I felt reassured that any questions or concerns would be handled by Joe without any problems! It washours of a back and forth trip for a cosmetically abused high maintainence car. It was a good price, yes but between that the size and mpg thats all it had goig for it.From the very start they were r abused high maintainence car. First the machines were down so we couldnt get the car inspected then we got some crappy loaner that didnt seem like it was gonna make it. Apparently because they had to take the car I JUST purchased (2 WEEKS PRIOR) to the ORIGINAL dealer to get a code to turn off a light that just showed up magically the day we took it back to get it inspected. The car is not worth the trouble if they wern't snobby, rude, arrogant little twits; I would have a lot more patience AND WILLING TO SUFFER THIS GAS WASTE OF TIME. UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF PURE NEED OF A CAR AND LACK OF TIME TO CONTINUE SEARCHING AQT THIS MOMENT WE WILL HAVE TO GET THE CAR CHECKED OUT....AGAIN FROM OUR MECHANIC JUST TO BE SAFE ....AGAIN! WASTING MORE GAS AND MORE TIME THAT I COULD BE AT WORK. THANKS OH AND DONT HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND EXPECT ANYTHING DONE ANYTIME SOON IT'LL BE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE THEY LOOK AT IT! More
