This is my second car purchase through curry acura. Both times I had jay gold as my salesman and have to say the experience I had with him and the dealership was great. My first purchase was a 2004 tsx boug times I had jay gold as my salesman and have to say the experience I had with him and the dealership was great. Yesterday I drove into Curry Acura with a 9 year old Honda CRV and left with a previously owned Acura RDX. Jay Gold, the salesman, makes you feel like you are getting a used car from a close family me Honda CRV and left with a previously owned Acura RDX. Jay Gold, the salesman, makes you feel like you are getting a used car from a close family member. His low key approach won me over instantly. He listened to what my needs were and as he reviewed the RDX inventory actually said to me "if you want a certain color you can wait... we always get cars returned from leases".... There was no HIGH pressure for me to leave that day with a car. I did find a fabulous car with low mileage at a great price, got instant financing from a very professional staff member name Yuri Abramov. There are many financing options which were all explained clearly to me. Jay contacted my insurance company, had new insurance cards faxed over, my car was registered, washed and ready to go. Jay took a great deal of his time (while juggling other customers) to make sure I understood how all the electronics worked and even set up my blue tooth. He even made sure I had his cellphone number in case I had questions. I was also introduced to the manager of the dealership who spent the time to chat with me even though I was purchasing a Previously Owned vehicle rather than a brand new one. The entire experience was most pleasant and stress free. This is one dealership that puts the "C" in Customer Service. I will definitely be using their fabulous services for my car's maintenance and oil changes. Thanks Jay and company!!! More
