My husband and I came into the Acura dealership over the weekend. Our family has recently expanded and we were interested in looking for a bigger car. My wife and I went to test drive a 2012 Acura TSX. Our sales associate Ryan McEwan took us on a great track fro test driving the car and was a pleasure to deal with in general. At my request, he showed me the worn motor mounts and explained the effect that the current and cont regarding the services being provided to my car. I had recently been interested in buying a new acura as my wife is heading back to work after the birth of our second son. My wife and I agree that we were both interested in getting another acura and we needed a new car anyway so while trying a few other cars we stopped in at Acura and were pleasently surprised especially in comparison to other cars we are looking at, at the deals, the dealership and especially the man we met with, Charles Hakim. I told him we were interested in getting a new Acura and we worked at getting some numbers. He was warm, inviting and seemed very trustworthy. He gave us a few choices, that we left with, and the amounts and we both left with smiles and most importantly we plan on coming in next week and purchasing the car. I had went to lexus toyota and audi and none of the sales team members made us fully compelled in purchasing any of there cars or that they even wanted to sell there cars. Charles was a wonderful salesman to work with and when I come in next time I will be sure to ask for him when purchasing our new Acura.
