I made an emergency visit to my Acura dealer because the starter on my 2005 TL was not functioning. AAA got it started for me and I immediately drove to Acura. David Pagano saw me immediately and advised starter on my 2005 TL was not functioning. AAA got it started for me and I immediately drove to Acura. David Pagano saw me immediately and advised that the car could be checked by the end of the day. He arranged for me to have a loaner car since I live a distance from the dealership. This was all accomplished in approximately 15 minutes! By 3pm that afternoon, Dave called me and told me the car needed a new starter and that the timing belt should be replaced according to manufacture's guidelines. He informed me of the function of the time belt and the damage that could occur if malfunctioned. The work was completed and the car was ready by 2pm the next day. He went through the work that was done item by item. As part of the "B" service the tires were rotated. I realized this was my mistake since I hadn't advise Dave that I had 2 new front tires that were 2 months old. He had the car put back on the rack and had the 2 new tires replaced on the front wheels in a matter of 10 minutes. The service was excellent and Dave was superb! More

I am always greeted with friendliness , and professionalism. Most importantly , they always fix what needs to be fixed , no more and no less , promptly and expeditiously . They always give my car a thorough check and always give me a full report , including a summary of any items which will need service in the near future , but never pushing me to do any service which is not eminently needed. I will not and do not have any hesitation to recommend Curry Acura to my friends , family and colleagues. Also , I do not prefer to complete this survey while at the dealership due to the fact that I can best give a complete and thorough opinion after driving my car after service pick-up. More

Now my sister is not the easiest person to work with very demanding and stern. Well, Nick came over and charmed her over. He was polite, knowlegable, very interested in what she was looking for. He is a real people person. Turns out she also bought her car from Curry thanks to Nick. He is wonderful and we want to thank him for everything. After purchasing my 2nd MDX I noticed it was making a noise. I brought it in for service and was immediatley taken care of by Larry Surman. Because of the nature of the problem both Bill Pfeiffer and Julio Zallo got involved. After thorough and meticulous investigation the problem was discovered and repaired. The reason I bought another vehicle from Curry Acura was not only because of the great buying experience I had with Yuri Abramov and Ryan McEwan, but also because its excellent Service Department. People like Larry, Bill and especially Julio are willing to go the extra mile to keep my MDX running properly. Curry Acura is a complete dealership with a Best In Class Sales and Service Department. This family of dealers is outstanding. I have had need to purchase 4 cars from them in the past 3 years, Three were in the past year. I have had dealings with there Toyota, Honda, and Acura, locations, and all were good positive experiences; with issues like respect for my time, honor the prices quoted, delivered on time with no complications, and over all the feeling that I had been treated fairly ( and I have purchased more than 40 new and used cars in my life, I do my home work).That being said I must really sing the praises of the the Acura dealer on Central Ave. Scarsdale. The salesman that took care of me for both Acura purchases was Rob Sorensen, from the first purchase to the second 3 years had gone by and I was relieved to still see him employed there as well as promoted (that was to be expected)due to the high volume of help change over in the industry. However I found him in his new capacity to be as helpful and knowledgeable about his product as our first encounter; he gave me the attention I required just like our first meeting. I should point out that the first car was used and the second was the bottom of the line model, in a luxury car dealership and I was made to feel that my purchase was just as important as anyone's. He work with me both over the phone and at the dealership with all the time anyone could ask for, returning phone call promptly, and answering my many-many questions. further the 2 purchases were for my son, and he spent an equal amount of time explaining all the various features of the car to him, making sure he felt comfortable driving off the lot. In the end you can't put a price on the good will and satisfaction that this young man had displayed with us and for his company, I just wish he represented more brands so all my future purchases could be handled by him. He is an asset to the organization he represents and in retrospect makes you more optimistic in the future. More

That level of customer recognition/appreciation will make any car buyer want to go back and buy there next car from that person. When you call the dealership, or visit the dealership ask for Dan Damon. I'm very confident that he will make you feel Great about your car purchase, the same way I'm reminded when he calls to wish me happy b'day. P.S. - If Dan is not there ask for the head sales manager(the Irish accent guy). I think his name is Tom.
