Mr Jay Gold was extremely helpful and couteous. He was very patient with our reservatons and questions and helped us decide on the appropriate accessories. Although Mr. Gold was instumental in the sale, there is one aspect of the dealership that gives us reservation. After the details of the of the sale were completed we were ushered into another office to complete the paperwork, but were confronted with another salesman offering us an array of additional accessories about which we were expected to decide at that time. All of this could have been handled in the greater discussion without the undo pressure. Again Mr Gold was nothing but helpful. More

I never felt pressured by her. She is accommodating, and I felt that she cared about me as the customer by getting me the best deal available, and not just caring about making a sale. I went in to the dealer, knowing exactly what car i wanted, but was skeptical about the price. Because i was getting a used car, i was also worried that i would find a lot of scratches and nicks on the wanted, but was skeptical about the price. Because i was getting a used car, i was also worried that i would find a lot of scratches and nicks on the car, but Curry Acura keep all their cars in great shape once they enter their lot. The first Acura TL that i looked at was the exact one that i wanted, features and all. The most important part of the experience for me was the customer service. Jay Gold was the sales rep that took care of me and he treated me as if i were his own son or family member. He began by looking up all my options for a black Acura TL on the lot, then proceeded to take me out to see them. Fortunately i fell in love with the first one, and then Jay proceed to take me out for a test drive. Jay was very familiar with the area and he took me on a great road to really give the car a good test drive. It was a hilly, slightly bumpy, and slightly windy road; this was great because i wouldn't get the best test drive experience on a flat straight road. After returning to the store we negotiated price, and again, Jay was NOT the cut throat, unsympathetic car salesman that most of us imagine when we think of a sales rep; Jay was great to work with and he really tried to find the best price for me based on the true value of the car. I would definitely recommend this car dealer and salesman because of the fact that i walked in feeling kind of skeptical, but left absolutely happy with what i bought. More

I was very pleased after I got past the front desk with the quality of customer service and the friendliness that was associated with it while being served by Nick Furio. He went out of his way and was upf the quality of customer service and the friendliness that was associated with it while being served by Nick Furio. He went out of his way and was upfront and honest and found a common link between us to make the experience more comfortable. My time with Rob Sorenson was professional and different. He was very thorough in his job and came off as knowledgeable in his job. Due to this dedication and professionalism he was not as customer service friendly as Nick. Although he tried getting me to buy additional packages his style of persuasion didn't amuse me. I was almost made to feel that if I didn't buy something extra I would be making and very bad mistake and I don't like it when people make me feel that way. I do understand he was using a sales technique but in the end it didn't work on me. The sale price was ok and I probably could have done a better job of trying to haggle the price. Was it the best price that I could have gotten? Certainly not, but it was a fair price and met with the market values and was a little under that. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and respect that was shown by these members of Curry Acura and the company should be proud to have these two on their team. More
