I would not recommend. Had to have my car towed to them this past weekend. They had to bring one of, and probably their only, nice and compassionate service managers back to search for my keys. The poor man spent almost 45 minutes looking for them to no prevail. Then come the morning, they never called me. I called them and was told they called me and I hung up on them. Why would I do such a thing when they had my vehicle since Friday?!?!? Then, the person I spoke to in service said they were on someone’s desk which is a fat lie. These fools offered to bring my car to my home and drop it off which was appreciate. Yet they tried pawning off boat and auto show tickets which are just not my thing. The LEAST they could’ve done was fill my gas tank before they dropped it off which they didn’t. My family has been buying from Currie for the last 10 years. Each year they get even more worse. It’s the incompetent service people or the obviously dumb and young sales people calling to trade my vehicle in weekly. Between myself and my family, we’ve purchased 2 Flexes, a F-150, a Ranger, and 2 Ecosports. Definitely recommend Art Hill or Bosak over these dopes. More

I recently had my tires replaced and had an alignment in the service department. Jill in the parts department got me the tires I wanted quickly and Ramiro and Matt in the service department got my car in a the service department. Upon check-in, Bill told me that the noise my vehicle was making is "normal". Check-in was on Sept 8th with an appointment. I had filled my gas tank up before taking it to the dealership. My mileage at check making is "normal". Check-in was on Sept 8th with an appointment. I had filled my gas tank up before taking it to the dealership. My mileage at check-in was 11,617. When I received my vehicle back 11 days later my mileage is now 11,729 with close to a half tank of gas left. I am left wondering why my vehicle was driven over 100 miles. I understand driving it to replicate the noises that I have heard but this is EXCESSIVE. I told them during check-in how and when the noises happen. Oh and my vehicle went from being told the noises are "normal" to we've never seen anything like this and it is still not fixed due to having to order parts that are supposedly on back order. I am very skeptical at this point because I've been told multiple falsehoods during this experience with Currie's Service Department. I was told back in March that they would call me when parts came in and here it is September and I have yet to get a call. Hence, why I made another appointment with them for Sept. 8th. I was also told that the original person that I dealt with in March was no longer with them maybe that's why I wasn't contacted. Anyway, a female named, Casidhe is now involved and has been trying to make things right with us. However, so many things have been wrong from the beginning. Bill should have never told me that the noises are "normal". They should not be having to try to make things "right" they should have been handled correctly (right) in the first place. Beware and document everything especially your mileage in and out. I received the paperwork on my vehicle today and they listed my check-in as 11,617 and my check-out mileage as 11,617 as if they hadn't driven it at all. However, when I received my vehicle the actual mileage was 11,729 (over 100 miles later). Bill is receiving one star. He is a warm, breathing body filling a work position but he should not speak to the public. Bill told me that he knows what he is talking about because he has 30 years experience but this was his 4th day at this particular dealership. Plus, he told me that the noises my vehicle is making is "normal". This is hard to believe considering my vehicle is only two years old with now 11,729 miles on it. Bill needs to learn and do better! I will say Casidhe has been put into an odd position and I will give her credit for keeping her cool while dealing with mine and my husband's frustrations in this situation. At this time, I can't recommend this service department. They need HELP! More
Took company Ford F550 for specific problem with transmission. Was told they couldn't tell me what the problem was until they took it apart. Was told that by the time they took it apart, found the p transmission. Was told they couldn't tell me what the problem was until they took it apart. Was told that by the time they took it apart, found the problem and repaired it, it would cost as much as full replacement. Quoted me full transmission replacement. Never was offered cost comparison. We took it to a local shop for the full replacement for less than Currie quoted. Same warranty. I believe the truck was never looked at by a mechanic. I believe the service technician comprised the quote only after I called after three days to check the statis. We were charged 165.00 for the service inspection. I was told if we decided to have the work done, they would take the 165.00 off. We will never do business with Currie Motors. More
Ramiro in the service area was very tenacious in following up on the part that was needed for the repair. He was honest and straightforward, even if the information was not particularly what I want following up on the part that was needed for the repair. All the people in the service department are courteous and sincere. Even the young man, Anthony, who drove me home was a true delight. More
Great dealership and service department! ! My only complaint is that they don’t wash your car like some other dealerships do when your vehicle is in for any type of service. !
