Brake job I had my brakes done by someone other than me for the first time in 50 years. They made noise when backing up. I took the truck back 3 times and was t I had my brakes done by someone other than me for the first time in 50 years. They made noise when backing up. I took the truck back 3 times and was told that was normal. Brakes never made noise when I did them myself. I told service dept. to find the problem or I was trading for a Chevy. All fixed now and no noise, finally. More
Another Great Experience at Currie Motor of Valpo I had a serious problem with my ford edge. It was taking over 30 minutes to fill the gas tank. Staci Barnhart, my service adviser, always does an excellent job. She takes the time to learn her customer base and understand their needs. Roger Galvin does an outstanding job of running the service and parts areas. He is always available and goes the extra mile to meet your need. The sales area has two excellent employees in Sales Manager, Mike Ramadan and sales associate Rick Eilts. These gentlemen do whatever it takes to make your buying experience a pleasant one. Recall After sitting in my vehicle outside the service center for about 10 minutes I walked inside and waited another 5 minutes or so to be waited on. Once I was checked in the minor recall fix went very quickly. I still don't know what the normal procedure is at this dealership but with my previous vehicles (Honda) I was always greeted immediately. I was on time for my 10:30 appointment. More
