We have bought three vehicles from Barille ford, which is now Currie Motors of Valpo. We always had a great experience here before so this was the first place we stopped. Currie Motors motto is "nice people to do business with" and I can't agree more. We worked with Tarik Qaos, and he is one of the most personable people I have ever met. We immediately felt at home, and we felt no pressure. We told him what we were looking for, and he was able to provide three vehicles meeting our specific requirements right away. We ultimately went with Tarik's suggestion and bought a 2014 explorer limited. Best sales staff, buying experience, and dealer experience we have ever had. I have owned 30 vehicles, mostly beaters, but I will always use Tarik and Currie Motors from now on. Before ever putting ink on paper, we knew exactly what the vehicle price was out the door. We knew all the numbers prior to even running our credit. There were no surprises, no gimmicks, and no last minute changes. Everything was clearly known upfront prior to ever touching a pen. (I've purchased 20 new or used vehicles since 1967.) Sean, Alex and Frank listened and answered every question and concern without any BS. Extremely professional and personable. Never pressured us to make a decision and bargained fairly. Sean and Alex (sales) did not use any of the BS tactics associated with buying a used car like "What can I do to get you in this car now?" or " This deal is only good for today. I won't be able to offer it to you tomorrow.". We had an extended test drive with no strings attached which let us make our decision. Frank (finance) was terrific. He found a way to extend our warranty and reduced the interest rate to match our monthly payment.
