New Flex Our sale person, Tarik Qaos was informative and helpful. He was also pleasant and professional. We went with the intent to purchase an Explorer but Our sale person, Tarik Qaos was informative and helpful. He was also pleasant and professional. We went with the intent to purchase an Explorer but liked the Flex better. Tarik was very patient with us. The only downside was the time it took it process the paperwork. There was only one person working finance and we waited about two hours to have our paperwork completed. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the delay. In the end, we are very pleased with our purchase and price. Remember, as with any dealership.......everything is negotiable. More
