My Wife and I were in a precarious situation with our former vehicle and we are both happy consumers with Rick helping us get into a new Ford Edge. My only complaint was all the time wasted waiting on GM to get back to me with numbers. I understand 30 minutes or so but that evening I spent over 2.5 hours waiting on Dealer leadership to figure numbers out as to our trade and new vehicle price. I hate buying new vehicles and hate the sales process! Rick bypassed the nonsense and got right down to business and for that I say thank you. More
