Always glad to work with Rick I have bought 3 vehicles now through Rick. Each sale he has helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. Just recently I upgraded from my 2015 Focus to a I have bought 3 vehicles now through Rick. Each sale he has helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. Just recently I upgraded from my 2015 Focus to a 2018 Explorer and am loving it. Even after the sale he follows up to make sure everything is up to par and when I’ve been in for maintenance he comes in and makes sure all is going alright. I honestly won’t deal with anyone else. VERY GOOD The dealers where very understanding of our financial situation and worked with us to help us get the car we really needed. Recall After sitting in my vehicle outside the service center for about 10 minutes I walked inside and waited another 5 minutes or so to be waited on. Once I was checked in the minor recall fix went very quickly. I still don't know what the normal procedure is at this dealership but with my previous vehicles (Honda) I was always greeted immediately. I was on time for my 10:30 appointment. More
